What CliviQue currently supports
Referral form
Include source, destination, patient context, priority, reason, status, notes, timestamps, and actors.
Discharge summary
Include admission, ward and bed, diagnosis, summary, medications, instructions, follow-up, checklist, and discharge actors.
Theatre operation note
Include procedure context, room, times, staff, operative, anaesthesia and recovery notes, and completion state.
Death notification
