The pilot is not a generic demonstration account. CliviQue assigns a real package, facility scope, staff capacity, and selected add-on so the hospital can validate the workflows it may activate as a recurring subscription.

- A pilot begins with the Clinic or Hospital package; Network follows a wider rollout discussion.
- The participating facility, licensed staff capacity, package, and selected add-on are configured before access begins.
- The items configured for the pilot form the basis of the subscription shown during activation review.
- Choose pilot items carefully and request package changes before recurring billing is activated.
- An expired pilot that has not been activated moves to read-only access.

CliviQue uses Stripe Checkout in subscription mode. The initial card payment starts recurring billing, and future periods use the configured payment method unless billing is changed or canceled.

Package and add-on quantities, facilities, currency, unit prices, and the recurring total are shown before payment.
Renewal invoices and payment outcomes are reconciled back into CliviQue before subscription access is updated.
Authorized administrators can use the secure Stripe billing portal to manage billing details and cancellation.
